Terms of Service

By engaging RevenuePhoenix for any service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

RevenuePhoenix provides Shopify development, brand marketing strategy, and related digital services as described on our website and in individual project agreements (SOWs). The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a written agreement prior to work commencing.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final files or store handover.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, required assets, and access to necessary platforms (e.g., Shopify admin, brand accounts). Delays caused by client unresponsiveness may result in timeline extensions and are not the responsibility of RevenuePhoenix.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, all custom design and code created for your project become your property. RevenuePhoenix retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

RevenuePhoenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination is billable. The initial deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in Jammu, J&K.
